Developing "Balance"

In the 21st century we are becoming more aware of the importance that balance plays in the development of health and happiness. As an avid horseman, Gary Kimbrough has long understood how balance affects the relationship the rider has with the horse. If a rider is unbalanced on the horse it will cause the horse to be unbalanced and unable to perform to the best of his ability. In addition, if correction is used without praise or reward, the horse will become resistant, creating a climate of fear and avoidance. Gary uses the same "balance" concepts in working with clients to help them achieve balance in their day-to-day lives.
